I faced significant issues with cleanliness. The bathroom shower floor had an unappealing amount of hair, and the shower drainage was poor, leading to an unpleasant experience. The fridge was not well-maintained, with ice buildup in the freezer compartment, unusable.

There is a wide range of excellent food for breakfast. Its location is exceptionally nice really close to Albion and the cafe. The place to have lunch approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel is Foundry Bakehouse.

Spacious room, well-equipped bathroom, with complimentary wi-fi and a convenient location near Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International Airport, made our short trip easy and enjoyable.
